Job description
Lead complex powerline construction projects at Ledcor in Ontario. This office-based Project Manager role requires expertise in estimating and executing large-scale projects effectively. As a Project Manager with Ledcor, you will oversee daily operations to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. You will be responsible for estimating upcoming projects and developing execution strategies while coordinating resources with a focus on safety and quality control. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital for engaging with subcontractors and project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Demonstrate leadership in health and safety practices • Lead subcontractor selection and procurement negotiations • Manage bid packages and review cost estimates • Facilitate project meetings and quality program oversight • Track project financials and report on forecasts Requirements: • 10-15 years of powerline construction experience • 3+ years of estimating complex projects • Strong knowledge of construction documents and practices • Proven negotiation and management skills • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders Excel in leading powerline construction projects while ensuring adherence to safety and budgetary standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
