Job description
Lead a high-performing team in financial planning at TD Wealth in Scarborough, Ontario. As a Regional Manager, drive sales and enhance client relationships while mentoring top talent. TD Wealth is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations and team performance in financial planning. In this senior role, you'll guide Wealth Advice Specialists, ensuring compliance while fostering a dynamic culture focused on customer success. This position demands robust industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee diverse teams in a complex financial planning environment • Provide mentorship and business development strategies • Manage customer-facing activities aligned with the TD brand • Implement operational efficiencies in cross-functional initiatives • Cultivate relationships across business divisions Requirements: • University degree and 5+ years of senior management experience • Licensed as Registered Representative; willingness to obtain CIRO license • Strong communication and team management skills • Completion of Investment Dealer Supervisors Course required • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance client loyalty Join TD Wealth to lead in financial planning and customer service excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
