Job description
Elevate airport operations with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as the Director, Terminal Experience and Groundside Services. Lead a team and innovate for exceptional passenger experiences in a hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role oversees 140+ professionals all focused on delivering seamless and customer-centric terminal services at Toronto Pearson. The Director will shape operational excellence, drive innovation, and enhance safety standards, aligning all activities with GTAA's strategic vision. This is a unique opportunity to impact the future of airport operations and redefine passenger journeys. Key Responsibilities: • Set vision and lead annual operating plans • Ensure operational reliability and passenger flow • Champion customer experience through innovative programs • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for all service touchpoints • Lead emergency preparedness and operational resilience planning Requirements: • 10+ years in airport or large-scale operations • Proven track record in operational excellence • Strong leadership in multi-stakeholder environments • Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred • Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance Bring your visionary leadership and passion for innovation to transform the Toronto Pearson airport experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
