Job description
Step into the role of Project Lead at Newcomer Women’s Services in Toronto, ON. This full-time, in-person position is essential for those eager to optimize program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can refine policies and lead internal audits to ensure compliance with all guidelines. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project work plans, managing logistics, and engaging with employers for job placements. Support our mission by enhancing the participant experience and maintaining effective communication. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor ongoing progress of project deliverables • Track, report, and analyze project outcomes • Refine procedures for participant services and enrollment • Conduct internal audits on service delivery processes • Maintain compliance with Ministry and internal policies Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline • At least three years of project management experience • Strong understanding of career development practices • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement • Advanced skills in MS Office applications Bring your project management expertise and communication skills to create a meaningful impact at Newcomer Women’s Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
