Job description
Brockport Home Systems is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer — PLC Programmer to work in Toronto. Your expertise in maintenance and automation will elevate our operations. In this pivotal role, you will execute the preventative maintenance program and conduct assessments to identify inefficiencies within our facility. You will partner with production teams and lead initiatives that prioritize safety and optimal performance in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Execute preventative and emergency maintenance on machinery • Lead mechanical and electrical contractor engagements • Manage routine maintenance tasks and interventions • Work closely with operations to enhance quality • Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • 3–5 years hands-on controls experience • Proficiency in PLC platforms like Allen-Bradley • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with technical operational guidelines Step into a meaningful role that impacts the quality of homebuilding at Brockport Home Systems in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
