Job description
Advance your professional journey with MUFG Investor Services as a Junior Associate Director, specializing in client delivery for private equity funds. This hybrid position emphasizes financial oversight, mentorship, and client interaction. This Senior Associate role will involve overseeing fund administration services while maintaining client relationships. You'll ensure precision in financial reporting, supervise the work of junior staff, and act as a key liaison with auditors and clients. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality service while supporting daily fund operations. Key Responsibilities: • Review and enter financial data from private equity clients • Lead the preparation of capital call calculations • Manage journal entries related to fund expenses • Provide accurate investor allocations for NAV cycles • Prepare third-party reconciliations of investments Requirements: • University degree in finance or accounting • Experience in fund administration with leadership components • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Strong grasp of fund structures and financial documentation • Professional accounting designation preferred or in progress Utilize your expertise in financial services and team leadership to deliver exceptional value at MUFG Investor Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
