Job description
Lead Ardene as a Store Manager and showcase your skills in fashion retail management. Inspire your team while focusing on driving sales and customer engagement. In this Store Manager position, you will work alongside the District Supervisor to manage daily store operations and implement strategies designed for sales growth. You will focus on staff training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction and team morale.
