Job description
OCI seeks a Director of Programs with a strategic focus to advance its portfolio and initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with effective program management. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you'll manage the development and delivery of OCI's strategic programs. Your leadership will enhance collaboration with stakeholders and ensure impactful program execution. With a background in technology and innovation, you will guide teams to achieve their objectives while managing project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Identify market trends to enhance program proposals • Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders • Lead program development from planning to evaluation • Ensure effective budget and resource management • Create a positive work culture through team guidance Requirements: • Advanced degree in Science, Technology, or Business • Over 10 years of experience in relevant sectors • Proven expertise in project and stakeholder management • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Willingness to travel for program advancement Shape the future of Ontario’s programs with your strategic insights and leadership at OCI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
