Job description
Join Hitachi Rail Canada as the Technical Lead for Deployment Bids in Toronto and spearhead project bid efforts. Your background in urban railway technology, particularly CBTC, will be essential. In this role, you'll oversee bid activities for the Solutions Deployment organization. With a minimum of 8 years in the urban railway industry, you will ensure the accuracy of technical estimates and support on-time project delivery within budget. This position focuses on collaborating with various teams and ensuring clarity in technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Lead deployment bid activities, managing all milestones • Review and consolidate technical estimates and proposals • Support Bid Manager in major meeting preparations • Prepare and review Installation Statement of Work • Liaise with other functions for project scope management Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science field • 8+ years of industry experience focused on urban rail • Minimum 5 years handling CBTC solutions • Proficient in leading multidisciplinary teams • Excellent customer communication skills Leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to contribute significantly to Hitachi Rail's successful project bids. #J-18808-Ljbffr
