  • Conduct regular engagement meetings (virtual or in-person) tailored to team size and needs.
  • Deliver and coordinate advanced training, coaching, and development initiatives to support business growth.
  • Recognize and reward high performers while addressing underperformance constructively.
  • Develop and manage lender relationships to support strong partnerships and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with RVP Recruitment to set and achieve realistic yet ambitious funding targets for new recruits. Provide mentorship and support to Associate Directors and other team members, fostering professional growth and operational consistency.

  • Inspire engagement and motivation through leadership presence at regional meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Champion and participate in community initiatives, social gatherings, and charity events that promote unity and reinforce the organization’s values and culture.
  • Actively cultivate a strong emotional connection between the network and the company, ensuring the region embodies the M3 culture of collaboration, pride, and purpose.

Organic Growth & Internal Referrals (10%)

  • Ensure agents and franchise owners consistently meet or exceed lender expectations for quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Champion and promote lender programs that align with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
  • Create and facilitate education and exposure opportunities that connect lenders and agents, driving awareness and productivity.
  • Collaborate with national leadership and lender partners to identify and implement opportunities for strategic alignment and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive regional performance, retention, and growth.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with agents, team leaders, franchise owners, and lender partners.
  • Skilled coach and mentor, capable of developing emerging leaders and ensuring operational consistency.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and best practices in brokerage operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable leading training and engagement initiatives.
  • Passionate about building culture, fostering engagement, and promoting collaboration across teams.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and resilient; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • An entrepreneurial and dynamic environment where autonomy, innovation, and collaboration are valued.
  • A competitive executive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based incentives, and executive benefits.
  • A culture rooted in excellence, ethics, and long-term success.
