Job description
Become a lead figure in AI Engineering at BMO Financial Group, leveraging hybrid work to innovate cloud-based AI applications. Focus on advanced technologies like LLMs and Agentic AI to enhance business efficiency. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the development of scalable, secure AI applications, utilizing Python and cloud technologies in Azure. Your leadership will guide teams through complex technical challenges, driving continuity and consistency across AI strategies and solutions. Engage with multiple data sources to ensure secure integration and governance while pushing the envelope on AI automation in business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop robust AI applications in the cloud • Lead initiatives in multi-agent orchestration • Optimize RAG frameworks and performance monitoring • Maintain security protocols for data management • Mentor engineering teams and manage project deliveries Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science • 8+ years in distributed systems and software engineering • AI/ML experience of at least 2 years • Familiarity with Azure and relevant AI technologies • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills Your technical acumen and leadership at BMO will shape the future of AI in finance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
