Our Analysts work independently and in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients.Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors1-2 years of experience working within software implementation processAt least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersStrong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly with team members and clientsEagerness to learn, grow, and contribute ina fast-paced consulting environmentOracle ERP Cloud implementation experience or ERP Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plusAbility to communicate clearly with team members and clientsPrior consulting industry experience is a plusWillingness to travel up to 50%The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
