This is a chance to lead a strong team of analysts, shape how we define success (KPIs, standards, governance), and deliver insights that influence decisions. If you are energized by turning complex data into clear direction and want to see your work translate into measurable outcomes, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Canadian analytics team (4 Analysts) supporting the Claims National Supply Chain, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insight to drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team: set standards for analysis quality, visualization, documentation, and stakeholder service
  • Own supply chain analytics & reporting: oversee national reporting needs and ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment: partner with Operations, Vendors and Finance to align priorities and deliverables; reduce silos and improve ways of working
  • Translate complex data into recommendations: deliver insight‑driven guidance to leadership; define and standardize KPIs and support performance measurement
  • Continuous improvement mindset: iterate on tools, data pipelines, dashboards, and processes to increase adoption and impact
  • Executive‑ready storytelling: present insights that support strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders

Why this role stands out

  • Visibility and impact: your work will shape decisions across the Supply Chain network
  • Drive change: improve operations, performance measurement, and stakeholder outcomes (not just monthly reporting)
  • Leadership + innovation: manage a talented team and modernize how analytics is delivered and governed

What You Bring

  • Post secondary education in a data‑related field (Business, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, FCAS is an asset
  • Minimum 5‑years in Analytical roles delivering business‑focused insights
  • Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, Power BI – is required
  • Hands‑on BI expertise (Power BI required; or similar), plus strong understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy/compliance
  • People leadership experience (coaching, performance management, career development support for a high performing team)
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills and executive communication / data storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured, pragmatic approach
  • Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English‑speaking colleagues across the country

As part of Intact’s commitment to reconciliation, we acknowledge that we work, meet and travel across the land currently called Canada, originally inhabited by First Nations, Metis and Inuit people. This history extends through many centuries and continues to evolve today.

We have policies to ensure equal access and participation for people with disabilities, including providing workplace adjustments (accommodations). A copy of applicable policies is available on request.

If we can provide a specific adjustment to make the recruitment process more accessible for you, please let us know when we reach out about a job opportunity. We’ll work with you to meet your needs.
