Job description
Join First National as Vice President of Technology Governance in Toronto. This role focuses on governance, risk management, and performance oversight in tech operations. The Vice President will report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and oversee a range of functions ensuring effective governance and risk management. You will establish and lead standards for IT controls, financial discipline, and vendor performance. Your role will also involve close collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance operational transparency and minimize risks while supporting efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of governance standards and practices • Manage technology risk and information security strategies • Oversee financial analysis and project budgeting • Ensure compliance with governance and audit policies • Drive performance management and reporting processes Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business • At least 10 years of relevant experience • Expertise in technology risk management • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Excellent reporting and communication capabilities Utilize your expertise in technology governance and risk management to enhance First National's performance and effectiveness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
