Reporting to the Ministry of the Attorney General the AGCO is responsible for regulating Ontarios vibrant alcohol gaming horse racing and private retail cannabis sectors in accordance with the principles of honesty and integrity and in the public interest. The Legal Services Division at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) provides essential legal services that support the organizations regulatory role.
