Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key Revenue Technology capabilities across Salesforce and related enterprise platforms. This role partners closely with business leaders, Revenue Operations, Sales, Data & Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with deep Salesforce expertise who can translate complex business needs into scalable platform solutions. This is primarily an enterprise platform product management role focused on business systems, process transformation, platform capabilities, integrations, and operational outcomes.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Senior Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned to business objectives and enterprise platform goals.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps that balance business priorities, technical scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term platform investment.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI, data-driven insights, and platform enhancements.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact, platform adoption, and operational effectiveness.

Platform Leadership & Solution Ownership

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business capabilities delivered through the Salesforce platform and related ecosystem solutions, including business processes, data models, integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and user experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making by bringing together business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable platform solutions.
  • Ensure product and platform investments are aligned with business strategy, long-term platform scalability, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Make prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs across scope, business value, technical complexity, and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to evaluate solution options and ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, sustainable platform capabilities.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Lead discovery workshops, requirements sessions, roadmap reviews, and solution discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and effectively navigate competing priorities.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, risks, recommendations, and delivery progress to executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.

Delivery & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to define delivery plans and execution strategies.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, quarterly planning, release management, testing, and adoption activities.
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to guide decision-making and prioritization.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements and performance measurements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, governance, and business intelligence capabilities.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Product Manager if your background includes:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3–5+ years owning enterprise platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Deep Salesforce platform expertise is required, including experience owning Salesforce platform capabilities and delivering Salesforce-based solutions across Sales Cloud and related ecosystem platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, workflow automation, integrations, security, reporting, and platform governance is required. Experience with Certinia and other Salesforce ecosystem products is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and driving prioritization decisions for enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Architecture, and delivery teams in Agile environments.

What We're Looking For

  • A strategic product leader who can translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to drive business value.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator capable of driving alignment across business, operations, data, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience owning enterprise platforms where success depends on stakeholder partnership, business process transformation, and organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve user productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities, and making difficult prioritization decisions.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and enterprise business systems.
