Region: Canada East

Salary: $70,000 Annual

Location: Remote (with monthly visits In-clinic)

What you are about:

The Clinic Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting with all marketing and communications for a portfolio of Vos Collection clinics based in Canada East Region and the surrounding area. As the Marketing Specialist, you will play an integral part in driving relevancy and recognition for a portfolio of clinic brands and gain exposure to world-renowned physicians, providers and innovators, shaping modern medical aesthetics.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role will assist with all clinic marketing execution across the owned marketing channels. You will play an integral role in activating marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns, identifying clinic marketing needs, collaborating cross-functionally, and tracking KPIs and performance. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys making an impact through day-to-day execution, and who contributes to the development of content, toolkits, and processes that improve marketing outcomes across our Vos Collection network of clinics.

Responsibilities:

Clinic Marketing Planning and Execution

Support the Regional Marketing Manager in the development and activation of the annual marketing plan and growth strategies for assigned clinics.

Activate multi-channel campaigns across owned marketing channels including; email, SMS, organic social, websites, signage, and in-clinic promotions.

Integrate clinic promotions, seasonal moments, and new service/treatment launches into campaign plans (i.e. Spring Sale, BFCM, etc)

Plan and execute clinic content creation across owned marketing channels to create effective and engaging content that appeals to the clinic target audience and reinforces the brand (Inclusive of on-site content shoots, clinic events and meetings within the GTA)

Assist in identifying and executing local partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations based on strategic fit, local relevancy, and potential value.

Assist in the rollout of new service launches, devices, or technology platforms in collaboration with Regional Operations and In-Clinic teams.

Assist in maintaining up-to-date creative assets and day-to-day clinic marketing/brand support, including signage, website updates, print collateral, and ad-hoc social and email support.

Specialist Standards

Help raise team output by sharing templates, tools, and best practices that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across the Clinic Marketing team.

Participate in campaign reviews and performance reporting, contributing insights and recommendations for future optimizations.

Report on relevant clinic marketing KPIs and work with the Regional Marketing Manager to review priorities.

Clinic Strategy and Collaboration

Develop strong relationships with regional team members in Operations, Clinic Marketing, and In-clinic experts to build collaboration and ensure smooth execution and communication.

Collaborate with Web/Content, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to align messaging and amplify impact across channels.

Participate in post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or modified as required throughout the course of your employment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal Marketing Specialist has:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (clinic network and medical aesthetics industry is a bonus).

Demonstrated ability to develop, adapt and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to keep up to date on the status and needs of multiple unique clinics and meet deadlines on time.

Comfort/adaptability with agentic and AI-assisted tools and evolving workflows

Advanced proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe, Asana, Sanity, Shopify, etc.

Ability to diagnose and treat areas of need to resolve problems and find opportunities.

Able to adjust plans in the face of performance issues or changing business needs, regrouping with key stakeholders and willing to chart new paths.

Commitment to improvement, knowing that efforts can always get better through feedback, iteration and experimentation.
