Donor Database Coordinator

Our client a well-established not-for-profit organization is looking for a Donor Database Coordinator to join their this role youll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the donor CRM database ensuring donor information is accurate up-to-date and accessible to support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data administration or data integration role. Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM Link is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a fundraising or non-profit environment is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail amid frequent interruptions. Skilled in working with large datasets including data mapping manipulation and executing global data changes. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving exceptions during data imports. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking problem-solving capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
