Job description
Become a key player at Gorgias as a Senior Data Scientist, leveraging AI to reshape customer interactions. Focus on predictive modeling and data science initiatives in a collaborative setting. This role centers on building and leading the data science function within Gorgias' Decision Intelligence team. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, GTM, and Product to enhance models for better forecasting, audience segmentation, and retention strategies. The opportunity to innovate and define the future of data science at Gorgias awaits. Key Responsibilities: • Evolve data science strategies in partnership with decision-makers • Optimize financial forecasting and churn models • Improve customer profiling for go-to-market efficiency • Develop rigorous A/B testing frameworks • Identify and scale repeatable patterns in data Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative roles • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling and analytics • Proven ability to communicate insights effectively • Exposure to e-commerce or SaaS environments is a plus Take the lead in crafting data-driven strategies that enhance Gorgias’ decision-making capabilities and customer experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
