Job description
Elevate retail standards and customer satisfaction as a District Manager for Knix in the GTA/Southwestern Ontario. Lead your teams to excellence while driving key sales initiatives. At Knix, your role as District Manager involves not just operational oversight, but also mentoring and developing your team in a high-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for integrating customer insights to enhance the shopping experience while ensuring that all locations meet operational excellence standards. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve business goals and foster a culture of inclusion and accountability.
