Monkey Wrench Performance is a busy, independently owned automotive repair shop that's been serving our community for over 11 years. We pride ourselves on honesty, quality workmanship, and treating our customers like family. Our team values hard work, respect, and good sense of humour - we love what we do and we do it right.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fully licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S/Red Seal or equivalent) to join our small but skilled team. We'll handle a variety of diagnostic, repair and maintenance tasks on all makes and models - no two days are the same here.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on all vehicle types.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, suspension, etc.).
  • Conduct safety inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other techs and service staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Uphold high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry standards, technology, and training.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Automotive Service Technician License (310S/Red Seal or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mechanic (preferred but not required).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
  • Own a basic set of professional tools.
  • Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in welding is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to quality work.
