About the Role
Growth Operations drives the rapid scaling of our business operations and delivers complex, high-value, organization-wide projects. In this role, you will achieve this in two ways: (1) work closely with a functional leader to equip their team with world class processes and technology and (2) be the owner of strategic high impact cross-functional projects.
A successful Growth Operations Manager is the rare individual who masters analytical skills to identify and deliver the highest value opportunities possible, just as well as the soft skills required to wield influence to win challenging business cases and lead the change management for the changes you are implementing. Underpinned by a strong sense of ownership, your willpower is what gets challenging projects to the finish line.

Your responsibilities:
Embed yourself in one of our core business functions and become its leader’s key partner in generating growth and valueSeize opportunities to deliver day to day improvements to core processes and tangibly grow business resultsEvolve our user journey and user experience to provide best in class service to borrowers, brokers and capital partnersDevelop impactful and action oriented data reporting to support better decisioningHelp generate and prioritize a growth roadmap and interface with our Product and Technology teamsDeliver large scale projects to level up the business function from scoping, to implementation, to change managementDeliver transformational cross-company projects, such as deploying new enterprise software, integrating new acquisitions or onboarding major partnersCoordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, from senior leadership to front line staff, with sometimes conflicting perspectives and prioritiesOvercome complexity, ambiguity and obstacles to drive towards value and deliveryJump into unfamiliar territory and quickly become an expert to successfully lead a project to its conclusionOwn the success of key enterprise level software: get the most of its implementation and use across the companyParticipate in defining Growth Operations ways of working, best practices, and interaction model with supporting functions and key stakeholders as we grow the function
Your Basic Qualifications:
3-6 years experience in management consulting or hands-on operational role in a start-upHighly analytical, master of structuring ideas and data into spreadsheets with an ability to quantify complex ideas into clear and compelling business casesAbility to prioritize effectively with strong organizational skills, wise stakeholder management, time management and comfort operating in ambiguityStrong communicator in order to enact change across a growing organization, effectively present your ideas for change, and be a trusted face to represent nesto group with senior partnersProcess-oriented ethos, bringing solutions to problems that deliver today and at scaleA curious mind to explore bold ideas, new technology and innovate smartly
Other Qualifications:
Requirement: Work from Toronto office 2+ days per week
Strong asset: Willingness to travel occasionally to support projects across our major offices in Montreal, Calgary and/or Vancouver.
Nice to have: Mortgage or financial sector experience
Nice to have: Fluency in French
