Role Summary
The CEO will develop strategic direction, increase technology‑enabled operational excellence, strengthen financial sustainability, and heighten cross‑program collaboration to deliver innovative, responsive, and exceptional services to a highly diverse constituency. The executive must have senior leadership experience in a complex, multi‑site not‑for‑profit or public sector organization, with a proven record in labor relations, government relations, funder stewardship, community partnership, and fundraising. A strategic, creative, and financially astute leader who communicates effectively and is committed to transparency, integrity, and community impact will thrive in this role.
