Job description
Become a trusted advocate for clients as a Senior Client Manager at State Street. You will ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through effective project delivery and communication. In this role, you will work closely with client leaders to ensure strategic alignment in delivering Charles River IMS projects. Your role includes advocating for clients while keeping up-to-date with service offerings and market trends. Your problem-solving abilities and strong communication will support seamless client interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Actively manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts • Ensure client satisfaction through high-touch engagement • Build and sustain relationships with decision makers • Deliver effective issue resolution and project support • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue opportunities Requirements: • BA/BS in Finance, Technology, or related area • 15 years of relevant industry experience • Strong analytical and relationship management skills • Effective project management capabilities • Willingness to travel 20% – 40% of the time Support clients with your expertise and communication skills as a Senior Client Manager at State Street. #J-18808-Ljbffr
