Job Summary
Under the direction of the Product Manager, the Product Technician will leverage expertise in laminated dough production—including Danish pastries, puff pastry, and turnovers—along with a strong understanding of food science and ingredient functionality to interpret project briefs, develop innovative product concepts, and present recommendations.
The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of cost-reduction opportunities without compromising product quality by evaluating process and raw material change opportunities.
The successful candidate will have strong practical baking skills, be self-motivated, flexible, and conscientious, with good communication and teamwork skills. He or she will be tenacious and determined, with the ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion on time and within scope, working well with others to achieve this.

Workdays and hours: from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Pay: $60-$65K.
