Job description
Shape the future of transformational giving as the Senior Director of Fundraising with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. Cultivate high-level donor relationships and lead fundraising strategies nationally. In this influential role, you are responsible for leading the major gifts program, driving revenue growth, and developing best practices for donor engagement. You will manage a team of fundraising professionals while personally overseeing key donor relationships. Your strong background in philanthropy and strategic insights will be essential in securing substantial gifts and advancing LLSC's mission. Key Responsibilities: • Set vision for national major gifts program • Drive revenue performance and philanthropic growth • Manage a select portfolio of high-capacity donors • Create effective donor engagement strategies • Collaborate with organizational partners for funding needs Requirements: • 7-10+ years in major gifts or fundraising • Success in securing major gifts and partnerships • Experience in leading fundraising teams • Strong understanding of donor engagement principles • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Advance your career in fundraising by enhancing donor relationships and strategy development at LLSC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
