  • Identify cross-team risks and delivery gaps early, drive mitigation plans with accountable owners, and elevate material risks in a timely and clear manner.
  • Coordinate release night activities, including deployment sequencing, command and control communications, issue triage, decision support, and confirmation of successful implementation.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure changes are traceable, auditable, and compliant with internal release, change management, security, and operational control requirements.
  • Track release outcomes, incidents, and lessons learned; lead post-release reviews and recommend process, tooling, and governance improvements to reduce release risk and improve throughput.
  • Maintain release calendars, status dashboards, documentation, and reporting artifacts to provide transparency to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
  • Promote disciplined release practices across teams, including repeatable deployment processes, standard runbooks, release checklists, and continuous improvement of release quality.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates teams by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision, values, business strategy and managing succession and development planning for your team.

  • You value impact, ownership, and continuous growth, and want to play a key role in shaping the future of payments technology.

What's in it for you?

This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies, problem domains, and stakeholders.
