Wage Type: Salary plus apartment benefit
Summary: Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Superintendent/Cleaner will maintain the cleanliness, order, maintenance and representation of the designated area. The Assistant Superintendent will be on site at all times in order to respond to emergencies and/or tenant concerns/issues. They also provide relief coverage for Superintendent when required.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45-000 per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit
