Job description
Drive RBC’s Digital Delivery as the Director responsible for executing transformative initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and operational effectiveness in a hybrid environment. The Director will oversee an agile program, focusing on digital technologies that enrich client value. You will manage internal teams and external vendors, championing effective delivery practices while tracking budgets and project milestones. Strong leadership in Agile frameworks and financial risk management is necessary to thrive in this fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a diverse team of Scrum Masters and delivery leads • Collaborate with business executives to set strategic goals • Optimize project delivery processes with Agile best practices • Create robust project plans and budgets for delivery tracking • Provide mentorship on Agile practices and frameworks Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in project delivery • 5+ years in a leadership capacity managing teams • Proficient in Agile and hybrid delivery models • Strong finance and risk management expertise • Experience in regulated enterprise environments is a plus Lead RBC’s digital transformation with exceptional delivery strategies and a focus on client value. #J-18808-Ljbffr
