Ensure effective execution of preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive work in line with SLA/KPI expectations. Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with hospital operational and contractual requirements. Drive improved responsiveness, reliability, and quality of service delivery. Lead performance management, coaching, and discipline processes in collaboration with People and Culture. Manage operational budgets related to labour, overtime, and subcontractors. Improve span-of-control effectiveness and accountability at the frontline. Ensure effective daily and weekly planning routines, including work prioritization and scheduling. Ensure compliance with healthcare accreditation requirements, and P3 contractual obligations. Promote a strong safety culture and incident prevention approach. Support the Plant Manager with regulatory compliance on critical building systems and operations. Act as primary operational contact for internal stakeholders and hospital representatives. Support issue escalation, resolution, and communication. Lead root cause analysis on operational failures and performance gaps.
