Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI Engineering) to join an innovative technology team developing cutting-edge AI solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building, deploying, and maintaining intelligent software platforms designed to parse, automate, and optimize complex document and submission workflows.

You will combine robust full-stack software development with modern Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud architecture to deliver scalable, end-to-end automation.

Responsibilities
AI Platform Development: Design, build, and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions for automated document parsing and workflow automation.

Full Stack Engineering: Develop clean, maintainable frontend applications (React) and backend services (Python, TypeScript, REST/Swagger APIs).

AI & MLOps Integration: Implement Generative AI architectures, RAG patterns, and operationalize ML models using industry best practices.

Quality & Testing: Establish and maintain automated UI testing and integration test suites to ensure system reliability and code quality.

Technical Documentation & Mentorship: Document architecture and complex technical concepts clearly, making them easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Seniority: 8+ years of total software engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on, deep application development experience.

- Core Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and React.

- Cloud & API Engineering: Proven expertise with AWS services, Docker, and constructing/integrating RESTful APIs using Swagger.

- AI / GenAI Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI concepts, Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps best practices.

- Technical Support & Reliability: Experience troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining complex enterprise platforms in production.

- Quality & Communication: Strong experience with automated UI testing, paired with excellent documentation skills and clear English communication (written and spoken).
