Position Overview
Our client, a well-regarded Litigation firm located right by Union Station is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accident Benefits Clerk to join their dynamic Insurance Defence team. The successful candidate will assist lawyers and law clerks in managing files under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of accident benefits claims from intake through to resolution.
