Job description
Join the CGIC team as an Insurance Advisor II, focusing on advising clients and driving sales. This office-based role requires bilingualism in English and Cantonese/Mandarin to cater to a diverse client base. As a part of CGIC, you will support our commitment to sustainable financial services by providing personalized insurance advice. Your role involves conducting risk assessments, resolving client issues proactively, and meeting individual sales goals while enhancing overall agency performance. Key Responsibilities: • Recommend personal insurance coverages for clients • Carry out comprehensive risk assessments and inspections • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Address customer queries and escalate issues when necessary • Perform regular client insurance portfolio reviews Requirements: • Other Than Life insurance license is essential • 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred • Strong knowledge of car and home insurance products • Effective underwriting skills required • Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin Utilize your advisory skills to elevate client service and drive success at CGIC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
