Job description
Are you a seasoned professional looking to elevate your career within enterprise capital management? Randstad is excited to partner with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions to find a talented Senior Analyst, Enterprise Capital Management. In this high-visibility role, you will join the Enterprise Capital Management team to cover a parental leave, playing a crucial role in managing the issue intake process, supporting capital reporting, and driving business-as-usual (BAU) change management cycles.

This is an engaging, fast-paced contract opportunity with a duration of 8 months (expected from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027). Please note that there is no possibility for extension or permanent conversion at the end of this contract term. The position follows a Hybrid work model, requiring the successful candidate to work on-site 4 days per week at our client's downtown Toronto, Ontario office.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Capital Management, your daily and quarterly responsibilities will include:
-Managing the monthly process to execute the Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) attribution run and handle daily morning operations.
-Leading the intake and prioritization process for change management tickets, coordinating closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders through regular prioritization forums.
-Coordinating the end-to-end change management cycle (spanning 1.5 to 2 months per quarter), including timeline preparation, stakeholder alignment, and implementation testing/validation in production.
-Participating in emergency forums for production incident resolutions to provide guidance on workarounds and hotfix requirements.
-Owning SOX processes and controls while supporting compliance with OSFI Capital Adequacy Requirements (CAR) and regulatory capital reporting guidelines.
-Dedicating approximately 4 to 4.5 hours daily to cross-functional meetings to align project paths and manage change requirements effectively.

Qualifications
Must Haves:
-Experience: 5 to 7 years of overall professional experience, ideally within Capital Reporting, Credit/Market Risk Management, Treasury, or financial analytics.
-Education: Post-secondary degree with a focus in Finance or a related field.
-Change Management Expertise: Strong, proven knowledge of change management processes and hands-on proficiency with associated tools like JIRA.
-Technical & Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, an eagle eye for detail, and stellar verbal and written communication skills to handle high stakeholder interaction.
-Industry Acumen: Solid understanding of the financial services industry, financial reporting concepts, and capital adequacy metrics.

Nice to Haves:
-Hands-on technical experience with Alteryx or GitHub.
-Previous experience with regulatory reporting or an active understanding of OSFI guidelines and capital ratios (e.g., CET1).
-Strong background in project management methodologies within technology or risk environments.
