Role Description
Primary Construction is looking for an experienced construction professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
This position is designed as an apprenticeship for leadership. We are looking for someone who has spent several years building projects, solving problems on-site, and earning the respect of those around them through proven effort and accountability.
Working closely with our experienced Site Supervisors, the Assistant Site Supervisor will support the daily coordination of multiple commercial construction projects while developing the skills required to independently lead projects in the future.
The long-term goal is to develop this individual into a trusted leader who represents Primary Construction’s commitment to professionalism, quality, safety, and accountability.
