Job Title: Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Intelligent Automation to lead business analysis activities for automation and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and support the implementation of intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
  
• Analyze and document business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  
• Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams throughout solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
  
• Support Agile delivery, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
  
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions.
  
• Demonstrated experience supporting Intelligent Automation, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Experience working with AI-enabled automation solutions, including Generative AI, intelligent document processing (IDP), or AI-assisted workflow automation, gained through recent enterprise implementations.
  
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar technologies.
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
  
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
