Responsibilities
- Support the firm in developing timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs
- Design proposals and visual aids in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator
- Coordinate consultant submissions, customizes project profiles and team information
- Proofreads and edits proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requests
Qualifications
- Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities
- Understanding of graphic design principles is an asset
- Proficient with Adobe Creative and experience with Microsoft 365 environment
- Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is considered an asset.
- Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 to $76,200
MB & ON: $52,200 to $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 to 69,000
