Role Overview :
This is a fractional role requiring a set number of hours per week with an initial 3month contract. The focus is on bringing in one new RAASS client per month. Upon achieving 100% performance in the initial term the contract will be extended and the fractional hours will double with a revised expectation of six new clients per quarter.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Leverage your existing book of business in the Government sector to secure new RAASS clients.
- Strategic Outreach : Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage decisionmakers within these sectors.
- Relationship Management : Build strong lasting client relationships positioning destinationone as the premier recruitment solution.
- Sales Growth : Meet or exceed the target of one new RAASS client per month during the initial 3month contract.
- Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Expansion : Contribute to the company s growth by identifying opportunities and promoting the RAASS model as a gamechanger for recruitment.
