Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Tests : Create and run test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Manual and Automated Testing : Perform thorough manual and automated testing.
- Identify and Report Bugs : Document and track software defects; collaborate on fixes.
- Collaborate : Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
- Regression Testing : Ensure existing functionality is unaffected by new changes.
- Maintain Documentation : Keep test cases and defect reports up-to-date.
- Improve Processes : Suggest and implement QA process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience : Proven QA experience.
- Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
- Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
