Position Description:
EAM expert is a senior consulting leader and trusted advisor specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and the Hexagon EAM (Infor EAM) platform.
This client-facing role partners with Sales, Delivery, and Industry teams to support strategic pursuits, lead EAM transformation initiatives, ensure delivery excellence, and build scalable solutions for asset-intensive organizations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership
Act as the Hexagon EAM SME for strategic opportunities and pursuits.
Lead solution design, proposals, SOW development, and executive workshops.
Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value-driven EAM solutions.
Support RFPs, solution presentations, and client discussions.
2. Delivery Advisory & Governance
Provide guidance on complex Hexagon EAM implementations and transformations.
Advise on solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and governance.
Support quality reviews, risk mitigation, and program escalations.
3, Thought Leadership & Capability Development
Drive best practices in EAM, asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and reliability.
Develop accelerators, reference architectures, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Stay current on APM, IoT, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven asset management trends.
4. Mentorship & Practice Leadership
Mentor consultants and delivery teams on EAM best practices.
Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and delivery excellence. assets
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, asset-intensive industries, or technology-enabled transformation programs.
• Deep expertise with Hexagon EAM (Infor EAM), including solution design, architecture, configuration, and implementation.
• Experience integrating EAM solutions with ERP, IoT, GIS, and Analytics platforms.
• Proven success supporting large pre-sales pursuits and EAM transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Asset Lifecycle Management
o Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
o Asset Performance Management
o Asset Data & Analytics
• Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with APM solutions, IoT-based asset monitoring, and GIS integrations.
Knowledge of ISO , Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Predictive Maintenance Analytics.
