Job description
Take the lead at HDR as a Water Program Manager, driving transformative projects focused on community water systems. Manage substantial programs with a focus on sustainability and public health. In your role as Water Program Manager at HDR, you will oversee the successful delivery of large capital programs in water and wastewater management. This involves collaboration with a diverse team of experts to ensure comprehensive strategies are implemented throughout project lifecycles. You will play a vital role in creating sustainable solutions for communities across Ontario. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex multi-year water capital programs • Develop and implement risk management protocols • Collaborate on project budgeting and delivery strategies • Act as a liaison to stakeholders and clients • Enforce safety and quality standards throughout projects Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields • 15 years in water consulting and management • 6 years of program management experience • Familiar with advanced project management tools • Excellent presentation and communication skills Elevate community water management efforts as HDR's Lead Water Program Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
