Job description
Become the Office Editorial Director at MDPI, overseeing editorial teams and ensuring high-quality publishing standards. This full-time role centers on effective editorial management and strategic collaboration. As the Office Editorial Director, you will spearhead editorial operations and engage with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance MDPI's publishing capabilities. Your substantial experience in the scientific publishing sector will be vital for supervising teams while maintaining rigorous adherence to quality and ethical standards. You will drive workflow efficiency and elevate publishing outcomes across MDPI’s diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Lead editorial and publishing department operations • Establish and maintain quality control standards • Supervise and mentor editorial personnel • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards • Coordinate efforts across internal departments for publishing support Requirements: • 5+ years in scientific publishing roles • Advanced academic qualifications preferred • Strong leadership and time-management skills • Proficient in MS Office tools • Experience with global publishing environments Take a pivotal role in shaping scientific communication as MDPI's Office Editorial Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr
