Job description
Drive operational excellence as Finance Director in investment management, overseeing financial reporting and fund operations. Collaborate to ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial matters. This role involves reporting to senior finance leadership and managing the preparation of financial reports, audit processes, and team mentorship. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards while presenting critical financial insights to senior leaders. Strong experience and leadership skills are essential in this dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial reporting packages • Analyze investment valuations and financial data • Maintain relationships with service providers • Oversee audit processes and internal controls • Identify reporting process improvement opportunities Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline • CPA or equivalent recognized accounting qualification • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems Apply your expertise in financial leadership within an ambitious investment management context. #J-18808-Ljbffr
