Job description
Join Corient as a Client Success Specialist in Wealth Management. This full-time position provides administrative support to advisory teams, all while emphasizing client satisfaction and data management. In this role at Corient, you will leverage your customer service experience to support our high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will have over five years in customer service and be capable of maintaining organized client information in our CRM, facilitating account transfers, and serving as a key contact for both technology and custodian teams. Attention to detail and strong ethical practices are essential for managing sensitive client information effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Support data gathering and client paperwork administration • Manage and maintain the CRM with current client data • Facilitate communication during account transfers • Serve as a point of contact with custodians and service teams • Coordinate with clients' additional advisors when necessary Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in customer service • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent ethical standards and confidentiality • Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Bring your strong support skills and client focus to Corient, helping families preserve their wealth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
