Job description
Shape the future of RBC's Global Security Team as the Director of Financial Management. Focus on strategic financial performance and operational efficiency in a dynamic role. Reporting to the Director of Global Security Planning, you will act as a strategic partner, enhancing financial oversight across global security initiatives. You are expected to possess 8+ years of relevant financial expertise while successfully managing relationships with senior executives. Your analysis will drive budgetary success and operational insights for enhancing efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial management for assigned global security areas • Present complex data to C-level stakeholders • Track budget performance and recommend resource allocation • Provide strategic analysis for cost and operational efficiency • Collaborate with finance for accurate planning and oversight Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in financial management or FP&A • Expertise in budget tracking and financial reporting • Strong communication skills for varied audiences • Proficiency in Excel required; experience with AI is advantageous • Preferred background includes advanced financial qualifications Contribute significantly to RBC’s mission by driving financial strategies within Global Security. #J-18808-Ljbffr
