Job description
Shape the future of global tax strategy with Tilray Brands as an International Tax Manager. This influential role targets international compliance and tax planning essential for a dynamic multinational corporation. In this position, you'll prepare Canadian income tax returns and optimize tax strategies that support Tilray’s mission. With at least 5 years of expertise in international tax, you’ll manage audits, prepare tax provisions, and adapt to ever-changing tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review global income tax returns for accuracy • Oversee external tax consultants in compliance matters • Update transfer pricing methods and documentation • Manage and resolve tax controversies and audits • Analyze impacts of new tax laws on the organization Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar • Minimum 5 years in international tax settings • Extensive knowledge of Canadian tax legislation • Competency in tax controversy management • Proficiency in relevant tax software programs Enhance Tilray’s international tax initiatives and foster compliance excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
