Role Overview
Our consulting customer is seeking a Lead Consultant, Salesforce Change Management to support a major Salesforce FSC and Agentforce transformation for their end client, a large financial services organization. Discovery is complete and the change strategy has been drafted — the consultant will execute the plan, drive day-to-day change activities, and build next-phase deliverables. This role is Toronto-based with hybrid expectations (2–3 days per week in the Toronto office).
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Salesforce FSC + Agentforce change management plan developed during discovery
Partner closely with Toronto-based stakeholder groups across North America
Lead communications strategy, daily comms, and change tactics
Manage stakeholder engagement and the change champion network
Oversee training strategy and guide the training content developer
Support curriculum design, UAT coordination, and adoption success metrics
Deliver change execution across multiple persona groups (hundreds of users)
Support FSC migration and Agentforce automation rollout
Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams and program leadership
Ideal Background
Strong Salesforce change management experience (FSC preferred)
Experience delivering enterprise-scale change programs
Background in financial services or asset management is an asset
Comfortable leading comms, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy
Ability to operate in a hybrid Toronto-based environment
Engagement Details
Start: September 1 (ideal)
Duration: Through end of March (approx. 7 months)
Conversion: Strong preference to convert to full-time with consulting company
Travel: Some North American travel may be required
