As a Northbridge Senior Content Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand, business priorities, and customer stories to life through compelling content. Working closely with leaders across the organization, you’ll develop and execute integrated content strategies that engage audiences, support business objectives, and strengthen our reputation. From thought leadership pieces and award submissions to executive presentations and digital campaigns, you’ll help shape how Northbridge communicates with customers, brokers, employees, and communities. We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $76,000–$114,000, reflecting expected base pay — not the total compensation package. Actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
