Job description
Join OpenText as a Senior Director of Workforce Strategy, driving strategic talent planning and organizational design. Engage in projects that redefine workforce management in the digital era. This senior leadership role involves building an enterprise-level Workforce and Talent Planning Center of Excellence. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to integrate data-driven metrics into workforce strategies. Your efforts will also focus on enhancing location strategy and job architectures aligned with digital advancements. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and direct a talent planning center for workforce excellence • Deliver insights connecting workforce strategy to business outcomes • Assess AI implications on organizational design • Collaborate with business leaders for role restructuring • Implement planning and design tools across HR functions Requirements: • Extensive expertise in workforce and HR transformation • Proven experience in building strategic HR initiatives • Strong collaboration with technology and digital domains • Executive-level consulting and influencing skills • Background in complex global organizational structures Utilize your strategic vision to influence organizational design and enhance workforce capabilities at OpenText. #J-18808-Ljbffr
