We are seeking a Specialist, Modern Endpoint to join our team in the Toronto Office.

The Specialist, Modern Endpoint is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot. This role ensures the secure, efficient, and compliant management of endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in endpoint lifecycle management, operating system deployment, application packaging and deployment, device provisioning, endpoint security, compliance policy management, and Microsoft 365 endpoint administration. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver modern workplace solutions, enhance the end-user experience, and maintain a secure, reliable endpoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, administer, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot to support secure and efficient device management.
  • Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including provisioning, Windows Autopilot deployment, operating system deployment (OSD), configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and device retirement.
  • Package, deploy, update, and manage enterprise applications, including Win32, MSI, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Store, and line-of-business applications, while ensuring successful software distribution and lifecycle management.
  • Administer Windows Update for Business (WUfB), software patching, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, security baselines, and endpoint protection policies to maintain a secure computing environment.
  • Configure and manage device compliance policies, Conditional Access integration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) device registration, and co-management between SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint administration, monitor device health and compliance, generate reports, and optimize endpoint management processes.
  • Provide advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to device enrollment, Autopilot, operating system deployments, application installations, policy deployment, and endpoint performance.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, identity, and service desk teams to implement endpoint modernization initiatives, cloud migration projects, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft endpoint management technologies, recommend process improvements, and ensure endpoint management services comply with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

What You\'ll Bring:

  • Information Systems or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 endpoint administration. Experience working in an Enterprise IT environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a legal/professional services environment is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows 11 administration, operating system deployment (OSD), application packaging and deployment, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft AVD, Microsoft Entra ID, device compliance, endpoint security, patch management, and co-management.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and infrastructure security practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer:
